Zoyaal guarantees that all products (hijabs, modest wear, and apparel) are original and manufactured under our creative direction.
We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting differences and monitor displays, slight color variations may occur.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on zoyaal.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment methods (where available).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines and shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.
While we strive to deliver within the promised time frame, Zoyaal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, public holidays, or unforeseen environmental circumstances.
5. Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to hygienic reasons and the delicate nature of premium fabrics, products can only be exchanged if they are delivered damaged or incorrect.
Any complaints regarding damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (such as an unboxing video or photos).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact to qualify for an exchange.
